All currency displayed on headtotailpets.com.au is in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of the order being taken and funds cleared. All deliveries weighing up to 20kg are dispatched using Australia Post. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery within WA, as some rural areas require longer delivery time frames.
For orders weighing under 20kg and where the total value is less than $100, Head to Tail Pets charges a flat fee of $15.00 postage for WA customers only. If you are not in WA, please contact the store.
If paying by cheque or money order, goods will not be dispatched until funds have been cleared. Orders paid for by Direct Debit will be dispatched once funds have been credited to our account.
Signatures are required for package delivery. If goods cannot be signed for at the specified delivery address, they will then be delivered to the nearest Australia Post office for pick up.
Head to Tail Pets is in no way held responsible for parcels once they are in the hands of Australia Post.
Head to Tail Pets offer free delivery for all orders of $100 value and over. Freight charges will apply for orders of value $99 and under.
Please choose carefully. Head to Tail Pets does not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.
If you simply change your mind regarding products ordered we will happily exchange with any other product of equal or lesser value, minus postage costs, once the original purchase has been received back at Head to Tail Pets. Goods must be returned within 14 days of shipment from Head to Tail Pets unused, undamaged and able to be resold. Manufacturer’s packaging must be intact and undamaged. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges and refunds.
Freight and handling costs remain the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable, except in the case of incorrect goods dispatched or if goods are faulty.
Please be sure of your pet’s size when ordering. Freight charges for returning incorrectly sized collars and coats remain the responsibility of the customer. Collars and coats must be returned in saleable condition. We will not accept goods that are dirty, covered in hair or have been wet.
Any exchange of goods will incur postage costs and no free delivery will apply.
